  Ended up dumping out my cappuccino. It tasted so bad I couldn’t drink it. Was only 2/3 of the way full too. The donut looked like it had been sitting out for a few days and was shriveled up and hard. Didn’t eat that either. Charging high dollars prices for low quality food.

  Went through drive through it was really quick and lady at the windows was very friendly.

  I came in for a free coffee on my birthday and was met with splendiforous service. There was a guy wearing a clover necklace of whom I didn’t catch the name and he really made the experience quite grand. All the workers were happy and polite the atmosphere was how you would want it to be. The unnamed man even went out of his way to wish me a happy birthday and overall he put a smile on my grumpy boyfriends and i’s faces.

  Shawn, who I guess was the manager or team leader provided great service with a smile! Great to see team leaders making sure customer service is a priority.
