  Waited for 30+ minutes to have someone come and take our order but no one ever did. Everyone who came after us had their order taken. All the waiters, waitresses, hosts, workers walked past us and saw that we were ready to order but not one of them stopped to talk to us. We didn’t even get our waters too. I was excited to try this location because I’ve never tried it before but it was a disappointment. All those little kids working there need to be trained more. It’s hard to not feel discriminated when you’re a minority in a place full of non-minorities and receiving unfair treatment.

  I ordered for delivery. I ordered traditional wings and boneless wings. They messed up my order and gave me the wrong wings. I called the let them know and they told I had the call door dash for a refund. I told them door dash didn't mess up my order and why should have to pay for it. I'm sorry if you mess up a order you should refund it. We won't ordering for them again.

  Came in around 7pm on Friday. Waited a couple minutes to be seated, and then waited another 20 before anyone even came to say "hi" or take our order. Our server, Matthew, didn't even introduce himself and said he didn't see us. We were seated in the middle of the restaurant on highchairs. Our table was very dirty when we sat down and we asked for a rag to clean it. Ordered 10 wings per person, had very little sauce on them some of them even had no sauce. Server never came by to check on us or refill our drinks, a younger, smaller, girl checked up on us and offered us refills. Meanwhile the manager was just sitting at the bar and watching TV instead of helping his team who were clearly struggling. Every once and awhile I would notice our server, Matthew, eating and drinking out in the dining room. He was also seen waving a tray over another customer's head aggressively on a table that he didn't even interact with. When we left, we noticed our server running after a woman who had left aswell, he ran into the parking lot before going back inside.
