  We ate inside and it was very dirty. Tables were not clean, teenagers were laying down in the eating area, messing around. Staff were visiting with friends who were hanging over the counter. It was very noisy and disruptive. We don't plan to eat there again...

  Ordered nacho fries. Didn’t have nacho fries, asked for one or two hard shell tacos. Received tortilla chips that tasted like stale cardboard. Asked for guacamole, received sour cream. Usually have a good experience. Pretty disappointed in the service recently. Lots of mistakes or forgetting items.

  Sat in the drive through for around an hour in a line, ordered 6 plain tacos just meat and cheese and yet again completly loaded and completly not gonna be eaten, wasted time wasted money and at the end the server said not a single word the entire transaction

  Very long wait times and I mean like waiting 15 minutes or more a car, especially later at night and food orders are constantly wrong or cold. Daytime is decent but compared to other stores this bemidji store is not very good at all. Something needs to be done to fix this store because this is ridiculous

  Ordered online at 1:20 AM for pickup because it said you closed at 2 AM. You accepted the ordered and said it was ready for pick up. Got there by 1:30AM and waited 15-20 mins just to see whoever was working inside, not come to the window or even talk to us. Could hear loud music playing, assuming they were cleaning up. No food. No service. Pretty big disappointment.
