Store said they were 15 minutes behind on orders. When I expressed some mild frustration, the owner/manager rudely went off on me, telling me I should be more thankful for them. He inverted normal business logic, displaying a belief that the customer is there to serve the business, not the business responsibility to serve the customer. Horrible customer service, very odd person.

At 8:15 tonight we attempted to order a couple of Subs. I wanted one with roast beef on it toasted. The other was to be a BLT. At 8:15 we are told their oven was off so they could not make either of those subs. Hot or cold. They close at 10:00 accordering to their website. What a waste of time.

This location helped us out two days in a row, and we couldn’t recommend them more. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating and the food was fresh and well prepared.
We needed a 12-pack of sandwiches as a snack for our boys’ hockey team staying just down the row due to challenging game times, and they came through for us. If you’re placing a larger order, I’d recommend giving them a heads-up a day in advance so they have time to prepare everything, well worth it.
