Food was good for taco bell but service was terrible waited 30 min for to go order. Got lots items we didn't order or duplicates. Others were coming in from drive thru with wrong orders. Hate the kiosk

I asked the lady at the window to give me a cup holder and she rolled her eyes at me. And our orders were not made correctly.

Took nearly 10 minutes to come take my order, then wanted me to go to the gas station and get exact change to pay in cash. Employees were taking cards and money at the drive thru window with the gloves on and not changing them to handle the food.

Good food but they concentrate on drive thru orders too much.

The employees are fantastic but as always with Bemidji, orders are constantly messed up. They make up for this with customer service. Do not be afraid to call.
No, my issue is with the management. The app is mismanaged, and when many people are using the app to order, and this specific location RELIES on kiosks, they don't realize that certain options are not available despite being explicitly advertised up front, or that certain missing options are available.
Just recently, Baja Midnight released. The option to buy it was there, but was removed after they ran out. This is not an issue. The issue arrives when Baja Midnight is delivered, and can be ordered again, but isn't added back to the app for two whole months. That's an entire slot on their drink machine unavailable to order on their kiosks that you are advised to use.
Another example is how the Discovery Box was advertising one thing, Flamin' Hot grilled cheese burritos, but this Taco Bell was offering something different, chicken nuggets. This Taco Bell carried the Flamin' Hot burrito, so I don't understand how that happened.
Telling the employees about this does nothing. They do not have the power to affect what is offered on the app or not. This is a problem with management.
Update your app.
Your employees are too busy in the kitchen and drive-thru to help at the register so people mostly use the app or kiosks. Customers cannot use your kiosks to their utmost potential if what is on your menu isn't able to be ordered.
