Will never go here again and would recommend people go anywhere else. Even McDonalds has better service than this.

No answer from the drive thru so pulled back to the front; doors locked, and two workers walked out and got into their cars without saying anything/no note saying they were closing early etc … super disappointing!

The man who must have been the manager got loud with me when I told him I was their for the cake and told me they haven't had a decorater for 6 days. I now have to find somewhere else to get a cake, not custom like I ordered, no time left. A call would have been nice
