I placed an order for two large pizzas (one with chicken and one with pepperoni) but what I received was completely different. One pizza came with bacon, and the other had pepperoni and sausage. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the mistake until I was already 30 minutes into my hour-long drive home, so going back wasn’t an option. When I arrived to pick up my order, the employees were noticeably rude and dismissive, which was surprising and honestly unnecessary. On top of that, they didn’t have any red pepper flakes or Parmesan packets available (the employee said “nah, we don’t have that”). For a national pizza chain, that feels like a pretty basic thing to be out of. The app was also misleading about prices, adding to the overall frustration. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but between the inaccurate order, poor customer service, and lack of basic condiments, this visit was far below expectations. I hope management takes these issues seriously, because this experience made me rethink ever returning.
