When the food finally arrived, only a fraction of it was correct: out of the Pick Six items we ordered, the staff only provided three chicken strips. The manager apologized and assured us we would receive a refund for the inconvenience. However, four days passed with no refund issued. When I called the restaurant to follow up, I was told someone would look into it and email me with an update. No one ever did. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charge through PayPal to get my money back. This was an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish, and the lack of follow-through on the refund was especially disappointing. I hope the location improves both its service and its communication moving forward.
