Order taker read them back to me as what I ordered. As the drinks were handed to me, the drink giver said the order wrong and gave me the wrong drinks. Wrong size, wrong drink. When I asked if they gave me the wrong drink, they said, "No, this is what you ordered. Have a good day" Then turned to no longer face me. Being gaslite and then dismissed is extremely rude.

Last night I went through and they ignored my oak milk request. Tonight I ordered a hot coffee and watch it sit outside in the cold while the Baristia repeatedly asked me if I paid, then she ignored my response and left my hot coffee outside while she checked to confirm my payment. Every time I go at night I get shitty and rude service. This is the last time I go to this coffee shop.
