  If I could I would give zero star. I placed an order at 9:30pm called the store and hour later to say I haven't received my order.was told they would have a replacement out in 20 minutes... almost 40 mins pass and the store calls to say the driver will be there in 10 minutes, it has been 2 hours and still no pizza to which i finally canceled my order. The person working sounded like he could care less

  A bit puzzled by all the negative reviews on here, but of course experiences vary, so I’ll just share mine. App: I’ve been ordering from them consistently for a few years now using the app. It’s worked well overall, except for a few times when it wouldn’t let me choose curbside pickup. Food: Mostly good, but there have definitely been a few “meh” or disappointing orders too. Speed: Mostly slow. I have to agree with some of the other reviews: The food usually isn’t ready when the app says it is. Customer service: Excellent. They always bring the food out to our vehicle with a smile and have been polite every single time. We’ll keep coming back.

  5 min away from dominoes and the pizza we got was cold. Not the type to care too much but when we got it this cold it was a bit confusing why it would be that bad.

  I ordered online, but the app wouldn't connect to the store. After calling the store to see what was going on, the employee shared that the pizzas were in the system, but not paid for that I could pay at the store when I pick up. When I arrived, the kid said it was like $52 instead of the online price of $22. No manager available. He said he could not give me the price I had for an online purchase because that is only on the app. 🤔 Fine. But the app isn't connecting and he told me that wasn't his fault. Manager arrives. Same routine. He would not override the price as it could've been a quick fix. My wife was able to reorder online. We left the original pizzas there and had fees ones made. Horrible customer service in what could've been an easy fix, turned into a horrible review. I can't believe the owner of this place would allow the manager on duty to represent their business and the Domino's franchise as a whole.

  42 minutes for parm bites when the app said 12-22 and the workers told us it would be 2 minutes and then all of a sudden it was a 5 minute wait and soon enough we were in there an extra 15 minutes waiting. All for parm bites, they just seem like they have no idea what’s going on
