  My family use to come here once a week and it was great but now it has gone down hill. The place is dirty, employees sitting on the counter, food it hard and old. Seems like there is no adult or manger working. Something needs to change. We spent over 50 dollars and it wasn't worth it cause the food was nasty. Employees not using gloves. If the owner sees this please do not reply with a generic response. I use to enjoy it here now it's sad....fix this.

  When we first arrived, the pizzas looked like the had been out for a while. We requested a cheese pizza to be made for the kids, and they did a great job with making that in a timely manor. Mashed potatoes had clumps in them, most likely from being over cooked and not stirred? The crew was young and they were helpful, respectable and patient with us. Disappointed with how many arcade games that were down. Seemed like 40% of them were out of commission.

  We go to Baxter pizza ranch once a week but lately the foods are so bad chicken are overcooked and very dark like they didn't change the oil that they used to fry the chicken mash potatoes,gravy, corn, looks so disgusting the salad bar is just a bad we waited for 1/2 hour for dessert nothing came until my husband mentioned to the staff about the dessert being empty. The game room doesn't have any new merchandise for your points. What happened to the 2 ladies used to manage your venue? When the 2 ladies were there everything run smoothly and clean .Now all workers just stand around and not paying attention to what's going on around them.

  I had the opportunity to take my family in for dinner! Not only was the food amazing, we were able to play games right next door! Staff was great, and the amount of laughs we had was what we were looking for in the BLA. We will definitely be back!!

  For my Golden Jubilee birthday, my Dad, my best friend, and I decided to eat at the Baxter Pizza Ranch. We all had the pizza buffet. The broccoli chicken alfredo pizza was good, but the special request sausage and mushroom thin-crust pizza was the best! I really like the variety of food at the buffet, including plenty of chicken. As much as I want to give them five stars, the only little gripe I have with them is that there were no garbage cans anywhere! When you have a dirty plate, you have to wait until an employee comes over and picks it up. This explains why there are a few negative reviews saying the place is dirty. When I was there, the place wasn't terribly dirty, but they really could use at least one garbage can to make the tables look cleaner. Other than that, I really enjoyed celebrating my birthday at the Baxter Pizza Ranch. Unlike most restaurants, they have Pepsi products. I like Pepsi or Mountain Dew with my pizza!
