- LLLelandDec 22, 20251.0We dont often write bad reviews, and if they got our order close to completely correct once, I could chalk it up to a busy rush or a mistake. However, we have received almost the completely wrong order with our name on it the last two times, even when it was not that busy. They gave us half of our order and half of someone else's, and every single time we go, they forget the drinks. Which by itself is no big deal, but coupled with everything else, it becomes infuriating. The first time, they forgot 2 items and got the other two wrong, and when we asked for one of the items to please be remade, it was wrong as well. They didn't ask for the order, just the item. This time, they were out of sour cream, and the beans that were put on the taco were completely dry, like a crunchy powder. On top of that, only 3 of our 10 items were correct, and 3 other items were completely missing. Unfortunately it might be better to order takeout from Poncho and Lefties next door than to eat at this Taco Bell. Please get your staff on the same page and stop screwing around!

- JAjason andersonDec 12, 20251.0Night shift there is the worst service ever they give u the wrong food, smashed food, cold food and will have an attitude about it like if they work at a real job its fast food its supposed to be fast and good but tbells is slow and cold thats why I switched to taco John's they r fast cheap and food always comes out hot.
