The place was extremely dirty-almost all tables had trash and food on them, even though not one person was sitting anywhere, the floor was dirty, behind the counter messy all over-food area and floor. I few workers were there but they were just standing around talking and joking around amongst themselves. Three of us customers were waiting for service. Many of the food containers were empty/near empty. One nearby girl finally decided to wait on me standing there but didn't seem too interested. I finally got my food to go. I wish I would've trusted my first instinct when walking in: dirty and workers not actually working. I'm surprised this place can be open with such poor care and management.

It's honestly impressive how they get every single order wrong every time. Im not exaggerating. Every order, every time. I haven't eaten there in forever but decided to get it for lunch today since I got a gift card for Christmas. In a shocking turn of events, both myself and my coworker received completely wrong and ice cold orders. Im not even bothering to try for a refund because I'm not eating there anymore. If you're looking for killer Mexican food in the bowl and burrito form in the Brainerd area, go to Burritos California. You won't be disappointed.

Several people came and left because of it. What a joke. We also gave our business elsewhere. To a place that was all about face to face customer service. And they were very friendly!

It is typical to have to wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru for an order you already placed online because they are backed up. About half the time, the order is missing one thing or another (guacamole, sauce on the side, etc).
