My daughter asked for a 16oz hot mocha. he asked what kinda of Mocha, then asked her what size, she repeated 16 oz, he said we have small, medium and large. She asked how many ounces came in those, he said I didn't know. Then asked if she wanted it hit it cold. She's politely repeated hot. Then the young lady that took my order...I asked if they could do water in the refreshers instead of lemonade or coconut milk. She's rudely pointed to the board behind her and said "it says on e board coconut or lemonade refreshers, not water"...I ordered lemonade, the drinks were good
