    I usually take my food to go. The last few times it was a 40+ minute wait for my order. Not even busy in the restaurant. Then, the other day I picked up my order to go, ready fast, but worth a the food container filled with an inch of water in the bottom. The food was inedible and was thrown away. I can't believe I payed for that crap. This place use to be awesome, fast, friendly, and delicious food. Lately, who ever is running the place really don't care about the customer. I will not be going to the place for a while now, know how inconvenient a customer is to these people.

    Service wasn't great. Waiter took 5 minutes to help us to begin with took another few minutes to get straws for our pops. Never came back with the bill. I had to go to the register. Food was ok.

    Best experience going out. Amazing people. Made us feel very comfortable and all around nice. made extra wings for us after accidentally throwing away our box when we went to the bathroom before leaving.

    Ordered online for ASAP and came at the time the app said. I WAITED OVER AN HOUR for my food. During that hour I was GIVEN the WRONG ORDER multiple times and they **RE-SERVED** the food they handed me to other people. When I finally got my order it was COLD with POOR PROPORTIONS. I was given TERRIBLE SERVICE by the multiple staff members
