Came back and said it’s just the cups and pored it directly into a glass and it still had the floaties. She didn’t offer to pay for just the lemonade. Felt gross because I had already drank a cup of lemonade.

- SGSea GhostJan 20, 20261.0DO NOT EAT HERE: I used to eat here quite often in the past and it seemed solid, but starting in December 2025 the quality, the service, and everything tanked. I ordered a burger (Patty Melt) from this facility and it caused me to get food-poisoning. I know this because the symptoms were confirmed. I called BWW to let them know and got called a liar and hung up on. Emailed corporate and haven't heard anything. I filed a complaint with the city as well. Due to friendship pressure I was forced a few weeks after this incident (AKA last night) to order again. This time I just focused on getting some wings as now I avidly avoid anything but chicken from them due to being POISONED. This time I noticed a few issues with the wings. My wings kept shattering the bone with just barely any pressure, this is is generally due to mishandling the chicken, and ONTOP of that found one wing was still partially raw, luckily I saw it and disposed of it before getting poisoned again. I'm pretty done with these two incidents that one made me sick for days and the other almost did. The kitchen staff need to be reorganized, or something because getting people sick, sending out raw food, is unacceptable.
