    I swear, Buffalo Wild Wings makes it IMPOSSIBLE to actually use your points. My husband placed an order tonight with his points, went to the store to pick up, and they didn’t even receive the order. But the app took his 6000 points. Can’t seem to ever use them when there is a special of any kind. No one in the store knows how to give direction on how to use them. So frustrating! So now we are out 6000 points and instead had to re order our food and spend $95. Get it together Buffalo Wild Wings 😡

    I usually take my food to go. The last few times it was a 40+ minute wait for my order. Not even busy in the restaurant. Then, the other day I picked up my order to go, ready fast, but worth a the food container filled with an inch of water in the bottom. The food was inedible and was thrown away. I can't believe I payed for that crap. This place use to be awesome, fast, friendly, and delicious food. Lately, who ever is running the place really don't care about the customer. I will not be going to the place for a while now, know how inconvenient a customer is to these people.

    Service wasn't great. Waiter took 5 minutes to help us to begin with took another few minutes to get straws for our pops. Never came back with the bill. I had to go to the register. Food was ok.
