Showed up half an hour late and was cold. Not happy at all.

Wings are the best here! Only thing that bugs me is I always ask for extra sauce and they never do it. Very dry pizzas, easy fix if they just sauced them a bit more. Like ordering cheese sticks with pepperonis slices but I wanted a saucy pepperoni pizza 😞

Apparently they put 1/2 ounce of sauce on a large pizza

This very kind man paid for our order out of his own pocket when my card declined, it is people like him that give me faith in the world.

Strong odor of urine in the bathroom.. Urine everywhere in the bathrooms … people were stepping in it and tracking it around the restaurant.. sticky tables… sticky seats (even ones that were set up for customers to sit in. We went because we don’t have one in our town, but this was by far the most disgusting restaurant I’ve been in. Pizza tasted of old bread. Breadsticks were okay though, this is not the Pizza Hut I remember as a child growing up in the 1990s. I’m suprised the health inspector hasn’t shut this place down. If I’m in the customer area and this is what I’m seeing, I can only imagine what’s going on in the kitchen. Also the pinball machines took my quarters too.. but that seems like a small thing compared to everything else.
