They take twice as long as the Oakland location, the food is wrong half the time when I finally do get it. Trying to speak with anyone is like pulling teeth. Save yourself the nightmare and go to Oakland McDonald's. Edited to add: their frappe machine has been broken for ATLEAST a month. Could get an employee to come over for me to inquire why.

- KDkylee DigginsFeb 10, 20261.0me and my bf went inside to grab a few drinks for us before heading home. we each ordered a large drink, as we were filling our cups up one of the ladies came out from behind the counter and proceeded to yell at my bf because he was getting water and she thought he had sprite in his cup, she then yelled and demanded he empty his cup and refill it with water even though that's what he already had in his cup. maybe they need to hire a drink assistant to stand there and watch everyone fill there cups up so we don't get screamed at for a Diet Coke and water lol
