  This Jimmy John's in austin has become better known as surprise me John's due to the sandwiches I get but never ordered. Atleast the crew working was kind and professional in their mistakes. However the crew working 12-11-25 didn't have a clue what professional was. After waiting in the drive through after paying at the window, not a car behind me for 15 mins I asked for my money back so I could leave.i was told the system was down and they "couldn't print tickets". I said I understand you but it's 4 ingredients and bread, I can't wait 20 mins for 1 sandwich. Just cancel my order, give me the receipt so I can go. The kid stated his manager would have to do it and shut the window. 6 more mins and nobody comes to the window. I honk , finally who I assumed was the manager throws me a sub, shuts the window and points ahead as to say leave. By this point you can imagine I'm not happy and took a lot not to walk in and have a chat with the toddlers smiling behind the window. Needless to say Jimmy John's in austin is a distant memory and I'll sing to everyone I see how I was treated . Customer service is lost on these entitled kids. It's time these company's take a better look at who's behind their registers. Life is more than screens kids. You may have to talk to someone someday.

  Delivery took over an hour. Charged me $3.99 for the tiniest serving of pasta salad. Literally 2 tablespoons of pasta.

  Typical Jimmy John's atmosphere and food. This outlet was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the sandwich ingredients fresh.

  Not sure if all JJ's are like this as I don't go often but can they put some toppings on the sub. For the price of the sub I think they can spare some more. Some of the beverages were empty too. We decided to eat outside in the 91 degree heat because it was better than freezing inside the store. The bathroom signs were a fun read though.
