He waited in line like the rest & was skipped with zero acknowledgment. I stepped in already upset because prior deciding on stepping in the store . I called the store twice to let them know that my son was there to pick up an order . Both calls were dropped . After I stepped in addressing the situation. One man did apologize. I arrive home with order and see it was made and done incorrectly. With zero remorse I that Dillan had . His easy fix was “ basically oh you want a credit for next time ? “ Like … where’s the concern to my experience between the calls , my son , the order ?! Trash ! Do better dominos . When it comes to leaders make sure you promote those who actually show they care verses assuming it’s a customer just wanting a freebie .

Adding onto this because the employees are throwing toppings at each other and aren't using gloves to make the pizza...very disappointed since the last time I was here.
