It’s supposed to close at 11 but I always see them closing around 10 very annoying don’t come here past 10 they will only have like three ingredients out because the decide to close early every damn night that’s what I call bad service.

One of the workers was helping the family order and the other person was just standing behind the counter smiling. She never did anything. She wasn’t filling stuff up, she wasn’t cooking, she wasn’t taking any orders, wasn’t working the cash register…literally just standing there. I thought, well maybe she’s training the other worker. It takes the family in front of me about 7 minuets to order. After they get their order placed and start to pay, the worker comes down to where I’m standing and then proceeds to start putting cups of pico together. Never looks at me, never says anything, just ignores me. I figure well maybe he just needs to get those done. I stand there for another 5 minutes and there was no acknowledgment that I was even staffing there waiting. I finally just turned around and left. I’ve never had anything so bizarre happen to me like that before. I was super pumped when they added Qdoba in Apple Valley and was really bummed that I couldn’t get anyone to wait on me.

Food is good (some ingredients in bowl from my order were missing). They were not able to manage the online orders, processing it rendomly (ideally should have processed it FIFO), pulled about 25+ order slips at once from online system. The staff was slow and there was no sense of urgency. It took me one hour and 5 mins from my order time to pick my order. Hope, other days this might not be the case.
