  I love Panera..but today I was disappointed. The coffee was weak and the cinnamon roll was so tough it was hard to tear apart. 😞

  Very disappointed. I ordered four cinnamon toast bagels, and they were all burned with a strong burnt smell. It also seemed like they were made using an unclean toaster, with an odor similar to old oil or buildup. The smell was unbearable, and I had no choice but to throw everything away. Please make sure to check your food before leaving and ask for a remake if needed.

  Went through the drive thru to order lunch for my wife and I. I'm diabetic and went to order the Turkey Chili. They were out. I asked the person on the phone for grilled chicken options. She shuddered and offered no suggestions. I found the chicken avocado blt. I first asked if I could get it as a lettuce wrap. Was told no, they don't do wraps. Asked if I could get lettuce to wrap it myself. Was told no. I then asked for it to be on whole wheat bread, she said sure. I get home to eat and it was on two thick slices of white bread-equivalent to 4 slices of normal purchased bread - beautiful, but I couldn't eat it. They said nothing to me at checkout and she clearly acknowledged my request for wheat - I had her repeat it back to me. Took the sandwich apart to eat and apparently 13.50 buys you 2 slices of cheese, 6 half-dollar sized tokens of grilled chicken, 4 tomato slices, a small handful of bagged mixed greens, 4 small cross-section cuts of avocado, and 4 slices of microwaved bacon. Oh, and the bread I couldn't eat. Called to talk to the manager, explained the above, he told me - we don't even offer whole wheat bread (ironic for a bread company to not offer that). I asked if they offered any diabetic friendly bread options, he just said no. Asked about the wraps, he said they don't have Romaine lettuce (picture attached says otherwise). Didn't offer any suggestions for next visit, kind of a 'who cares attitude'. If you have dietary restrictions - be careful, the do not tell you when they cannot meet your request, they just hope you won't find it until after you drive away. There is a reason this store has an average 3.5 rating and it starts with poor customer attention... good elsewhere!!!
