  I placed my order called them an hour and a half later asking where my order was for them to tell me they were waiting on a driver common courtesy would’ve been to call the customer and let them know about the delay so they have the option to cancel the delivery or go pick them up themselves. Terrible customer service. I will not be back to the store

  I gave 3 stars, as it was my free sandwich Birthday reward. I got a turkey slim. Not sure if this is the normal amount of meat for the sandwich that normally would cost close to $7, but 2 slices of turkey is disappointing.

  I have noticed a distinct decrease in quantity of sandwich bread size/ingredient quantity in the last 6 months. No longer a better value than making it yourself. Sorry JJs, this location does a great job but the cost/benefit doesn't weigh correctly for me anymore. Best of luck.

  I had ordered for delivery and realized they forgot my chips. I called back and they instantly offered to delivery me just a bag of chips and also added a cookie for free. Excellent Service!! The girl that delivered my food was soooo sweet and apologetic!! Very Impressed❤️
