- ABAlissa BrixiusDec 18, 20251.0I arrived on Sunday at 4 p.m. There was a woman working (possibly Hispanic, taller). She was eating food when I arrived, pushing food into her mouth with her hands. She came to the counter with a full mouth of food and grabbed gloves, not washing her hands first, and touching the outside of the gloves all over trying to put them on. I said, “You should really wash your hands before you put on gloves.” She then went to the sink and rinsed with water for approximately 3 seconds. Then came back to the counter grabbing the exact same gloves she had already touched all over, and tried to put them back on. I then told her, she should grab new gloves, that those gloves were the ones she had already touched all over on the outsides with dirty hands.” She looked at me like she had no clue why I would be saying these things. I told her, “I used to work at Subway, I know the rules prior to making a sandwich.” As she stood there looking confused as to why I would be upset. I then told her we didn’t need to give her any business and we walked out. Please do what is necessary to make sure your employees are following the correct sanitary measures while preparing customer food. This was repulsive. I don't need to eat food prepared by someone who was just licking their fingers.

You can’t call subway corp either, they tell you to go on their website to report a problem. Then you chat with a bot to explain your problem in 255 characters or less. Then you have to wait for an email. Done going to this location. The Walmart location has been so much better.
