  Waited 10 minutes at the extra window, got home and the order was completely wrong and disgusting looking,sloppy.If I could give negative stars I would. *Update: Their”contact us” only results in a contact form,which results in an “we’re sorry and we’ll forward it to the franchise owner”.So not only do they wanna do a terrible job but they also want to waste your time.

  Person handing the food was very mouthy because I asked him to wipe off the cup that had spilled coffee down the side due to him not having the lid on all the way.

  Always a clean and well organized McDonald’s with kind staff. Sofia calling me "mama" made my day as she was showing me something. She is always smiling. Always happy to help. The indoor playplace is clean, and my daughter makes a new friend every time we visit. We love coming here during the week.

  Placed a mobile app order that included a large chocolate shake ($5.69). When I arrived, the store did not have shakes available. I asked for a replacement of equal or lesser value and requested a cookie tote ($5.49), which is cheaper than the shake. The manager insisted I needed to pay an additional $3 for the cookies and could not explain where that number came from or whether it was system-generated. When I calmly pointed out that the replacement item was cheaper and asked for clarification, he dismissed me and said he was busy and told me to leave him alone.Very poor customer service and disappointing handling of a simple issue.

  I went there last week ago and ordered some food and me and my son sat down to to wait for our ride and went to drink the pop a d inside our cover lid that they filled themselves was some nasty gross white goopy stuff I went up to the area where they call your ticket and said something to one of the gals there and she heard me several times and just walked right past me I don't know if she was the manager or a worker rude tho and I went to explain it and I showed her what's on the inside lid that they served to me and she just grabbed it and tossed it into the trash behind there counter didn't say nothing or a sorry even I will never go back there again lost me as a customer this place needs to get shut down for serving customers dirty cover lids and who else knows they do to your food
