- KBKristy BrechtDec 31, 20251.0We ordered an online special where you could get meat, rice, beans (no option for veggies- very very disappointed) 3 salsas, cheese, lettuce, queso, and chips. We ordered extra shells and extra meat for our party of 7. The website was horrible and we ended up entering the order 5 times! Having an account didn't seem to matter. Our order was delivered to the wrong address. There is no good way to contact the store to discuss this. We tried to talk to the driver but he wasn't able to tell us where it was delivered. We used the "delivery" option on the website so also not sure what delivery service they used. We ended up reordered the same thing and getting it delivered correctly. In this whole process my card was charged four times. Two of those chargers were removed. I called the 1-800 number this am as advised by the Internet and the person said they were unable to refund my purchase. They said I entered an incorrect address. That may be possible after multiple attempts with the website. However, we did not receive the product. He was unwilling to even listen to me about the conversation I had with the driver. I will never be ordering from this location again. I had to go so far as to call my bank to dispute charges. The total was over $100 (for 7 people I understand that's not crazy) however, over 200 for product we did not receive is. While to food was good, the customer service is appalling.
