However, I had to purchase another fresh bulk coffee order the next morning. I called ahead to order and explained what happened (just casually talking, not trying to get any sympathy points from them). Anyway, when I showed up, the guy at the counter told me no charge for the coffee! He was appreciative of our work and wanted to help. I don't want to get him in trouble, nor do I expect or advocate for freebies... But I wanted to say it was a really nice thing to do for me on an otherwise very stressful weekend. I will most definitely be going back to caribou for bulk coffee orders!
