    I asked for 1,000 Island extra on side with my RACHEL and they forgot it but everything else was very good

    I went to pay, and handed the guy my coupons, he proceeded to look at them and charge me full price anyways. What's the point of mailing out coupons if you don't honor them?

    The Steak Tips, were more like Pot Roast tips. What happened to the Curly fries, more like half Curly fries bits. Only had a couple real looking Curly fries the reat were bits. Arby's needs to better. I'm just sticking with the original Roast beef sandwich can't go wrong.
