  The food tasted great, but the service was horrible. The portion sizes seem to have no rhyme or reason. I received an absurd amount of lettuce and sour cream, but half a scoop of chicken. I understand they need to limit the serving of meat, but we all know 1 full scoop is a serving, not a half scoop. When I ordered the veggies, the employee repeatedly asked me what I asked for. Now this wasn’t because they couldn’t hear or understand me, they just were not listening to what I was saying. It seems like none of the employees have been trained properly and are just there to clock hours, not actually serve the customers and or represent the company well.

  Today am disappointed with this restaurant completely. I have been regularly ordering food they bring cold food less that's not even a half plate. They pack wrong orders like just now. This is a shame and please style up

  I’m not surprised this location has such poor reviews. The portions for burritos and bowls are noticeably smaller than at other locations. Every time we’ve ordered pickup, it’s taken an unusually long time to get our food. To go orders are kept in the back instead of on the pickup shelf, so we always have to wait for someone to retrieve them. Honestly, it’s faster to just order in person than to place a takeout order.

  We order Chipotle quite a bit for delivery and the last several times have been so bad, that I have to say something. Most recent order, we ordered 4 items. The two entrees for my wife and I weren't in the bag. The 2 kids cheese quesadillas were missing chips. In one of the quesadillas, there was no cheese. Nothing. Just two tortilla shells. We won't be ordering from here anymore. Three of the last 5 orders have had issues. Its too inconsistent from this location.

  If I could give ZERO Stars I would. THE PLACE IS ALWAYS SUPER DIRTY. The employees are extremely rude all the time. I got food poisoning one time, I almost ended up in the emergency room. They put very little food in your plate. Plys the food looks very disgusting, it doesn't look fresh or appetizing. I will never buy at that location ever again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
