- JWJason WoodardMar 27, 20261.0Drive-Thru is now single lane even though they have 2 lanes. So now cars snake all the way out past the CUB parking lot so that the occasional Mobile Order can have it's own lane. The mobile lane is blocked by the main lane during peak times anyway. Just extremely inefficient way of operating. Food is great, people are great, just management's decision on the Drive-Thru needs fixed.

I ordered a couple of different things today and some extra sauces packets because sometimes I need something quick and easy to eat for when my sugar levels go low. If I feel that I am low then I will indulge in one so that I don’t get dizzy or pass out. I overheard the tall older worker saying that people order too many sauces and that they should start charging them when they order past three. I was hoping he wasn’t talking about me because I had a reason to get extra sauces and that’s to just watch out for my sugar levels throughout work. Usually, I just take a honey packet to help with that but today I just got the grape jam. I don’t feel comfortable coming back in here so it was nice while it lasted, but that rubbed me the wrong way. I knew it was about me because right after he said that he approached with my order. I didn’t even know that what I got came with salsa too but oh well… more sauce. Sorry for getting too many sauces when I was just trying to look out for myself later on today. edit: i did get three honey roasted bbq for my hashbrowns and bowl. then two grape jam packets for my sugar. again, didn’t pay attention to the salsa part but nonetheless, it was disappointing to hear that
