  The workers here are very sweet and patient, but it would be amazing if you guys could do something about those cookies. I ordered a 3 pack but only ate 1 because the other 2 were way too over-baked and too hard. I appreciate all your workers but would love to see your cookies being more soft!

  went there for breakfast today with my kids and ordered a steak sand which . Bit into it and it looks like they forgot to take the meat packaging off my steak. Never again.

  Doors locked at 10pm when supposed to be open till 11pm is craaaaaazy. Walked from my apartment, at least culvers is open and doing what they're supposed to do. I'll just go there instead of McDonald's. 1 star for that reason alone.

  Absolutely horrible management, customer service, and appreciation for customers. My order was incorrect, and when I got to the window and pointed it out, they refused to correct it. Instead, they told me to go to the back of the line during the middle of the lunch rush. The manager came to the window but would not resolve the issue. I even offered to pay for the missing items, or simply receive the fries that were left out, but they refused to accommodate either option.

  Went in and place wasn't cleaned properly, staff was mainly absent. Asked staff if we could order up front they said no only on the kiosk. The food was not fresh and the drink machine didn't work so the drinks we could order weren't good and tasted watered down. The bathroom wasn't cleaned and the toilet wasn't flushed. I definitely will not be returning to this location.
