- THTessa HNov 13, 20252.0Arrived to a long drive thru line, but wasn't in a rush, so we decided to wait in line. It was around 8pm on Thursday. We ordered two medium shakes, one with whip cream and one without and one blizzard. I repeated my order twice at the speaker. When we reached the window, I paid for the items and then they started handing us our items. It was a young girl. When I was handed the last shake, I noticed it was smaller than the first one I received. I questioned the size and the girl rolled her eyes, grabbed the shake out of my hand and closed the window. I watched her dumped the small shake into a medium and added more. About a minute later, she opened the window and said you paid for a small, but here. I respectfully said, I ordered two medium shakes and she closed the window. I understand mistakes happen, but I had two other people in my vehicle that confirmed I said medium. The attitude was not needed.
