  Sat in the drive through for 10 min after I ordered. As soon as I get to the pickup window they asked me to pull around to the front for no reason just to immediately bring it out front instead of just handing it out the window. I only ordered 1 double bacon quarter pounder with cheese only for me to get home and find out there's only 1 patty on it. What a scam.

  Not sure what has happened with this McDonalds but the food quality has been consistently poor at this location. Bagels are stale and hard that they ate hard to chew through. Longer wait times and struggles with making any custom changes; such as no breakfast sauce. It's frustrating to know that someone prepares food with stale bagels that also disregard the requested changes, then shamelessly put the sticker on the sandwich with the special request. Look at the photo, it's not light sauce, definitely not "no sauce", but almost appears as heavy sauce. This has been my experience the last 5 times here. Frustrating.

  I had a mobile order and I pulled up to the first window to get my receipt. The lady working at the first drive thru window STARED at me for like a good 2 minutes with the receipt in her hand and her window of drive-thru closed as I had my car window down freezing. Then she finally opened her window and handed me the receipt and didn’t say anything… and acted pissed I wanted my receipt? It was the weirdest interaction EVER. I worked plenty of jobs in food service - is customer service not #1 anymore????

  Highly disappointed. I don't know why but every time I've ordered here and I ask for certain ingredients to be removed they still end up on my sandwich/burger. It's frustrating to buy product only to have to throw it away because I'm unable due to an allergy. On a side note the employee that took my order in the drive thru was immaculate. And I highly appreciate them.
