  I got a sausage egg mcmuffin, but I had to throw it away, it was so full of shell. I called and never received the refund they mentioned. With how spendy they are, this is disappointing

  Drive the extra mile to a better one. This one always has nothing but issues. This last visit, I'm done. For starters, out of diet coke, not the end of the world. At least they told me. I ordered the new Huntrx meal, because I'm a sucker for limited items. LUCKILY I'm not a child, because they would've had an angry parent and screaming child inside. For starters, no shaker bag for the fries. What if I planned on eating it in the car? Get seasoning everywhere? Next, no sauces. I even got a BBQ one for my wife, and didn't even get that!! And lastly, no toy or card or whatever you're supposed to get. Again, not the end of the world for me, but if it was for a kid? Again, I would understand ALL this, if they were out and just said so, because I'm sure it's a popular item right now, but I guarantee they aren't, and they just didn't include 90% of the reason to get the meal, and said NOTHING. At least I got the seasoning, but if I wasn't going to get the rest, I would've saved the extra $4 for the specialty stuff and got a regular nugget meal.

  This time around, I am very disappointed in this service. Waited in the drive thru. Waited 5 minutes in one line and no one took our order but the the other line had four cars go throw. And then missing food in the kids meal. The fountain drink was just water flavor, not cola.

  Ordered 2 Daily Doubles and 1 McChicken and somehow got 2 McChickens instead. Apparently reading the order is optional now. And this isn’t even a one time thing, on another order my “burger” literally didn’t even have meat on it. Imagine running a burger place and forgetting the actual burger. These aren’t complicated custom orders, it’s basic menu stuff. It honestly feels like the bag just gets filled with whatever’s closest instead of what was actually ordered. At this point I’m more surprised when the order is correct than when it’s completely wrong. If the standard is this low, maybe put pictures next to the orders so nobody gets confused about what a burger is supposed to have. This is just pathetic and lazy.

  This McDonalds didn’t use to be this bad 15 years ago. Now they toss your food at you through the window and slam it shut, even when I try to be friendly. It’s so weird and rude.
