  I was a little nervous of how bad this place could be with the reviews . I've been twice and it's not bad at all. Why would you order something like Chipotle online ? Or go through a drive through ? Watch the people make your stuff and avoid problems. The food was cooked well, portions are small unless you ask for extra like it's been ever since they first came to MN at any location. You should ask to drain the beans to avoid pure bean juice taste. The store was kind of messy but I get the food to go.

  I think there was less than 9 small pieces of chicken in my bowl. And the chicken was clearly from the bottom of the barrel as there was black grill sute in my bowl. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Service wasn't bad but it was not good either. Did drive through and was fast aa no one was there but no hello, smile, or thank you. I love Chipotle but Andover location is horrible.

  Manager was absolutely disrespectful. We asked for a water cup at the cashier and the manager lady barged in and screamed at us for asking for one, saying they aren’t allowed to give out water cups and she will pull up footage of any employee ever gave them so she can fire them. She then proceeded to eaves drop on us and yell at us for a conversation completely unrelated to her. We also heard her yell at her employees very disrespectful like a dictator. I feel bad for them. Horrible person I hope to never see her again.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very unpleasant experience at this Chipotle due to an interaction with one of the workers, who I later found out is apparently the manager. My family and I were inside discussing our dinner plans and mentioned that we were planning to eat at a different restaurant nearby instead. During our conversation, she interrupted us and accused us of bringing outside food into the restaurant—even though we did not have any food with us and were simply talking about leaving. On top of that, when we asked for a water cup, she refused to give us one, which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. The entire interaction was uncomfortable, intrusive, and completely ruined our experience. We were made to feel unwelcome for no reason at all. What’s even more disappointing is that this isn’t the first time I’ve heard about negative interactions involving this same employee, which suggests a larger issue with how customers are being treated. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

  I've given this place 2 tries and shame on me. I'm sorry but the owner of this place should be fired!!! This place is in constant disorder. The staff are beyond slow, it's always super dirty and food is over cooked and small portions. My son and I got super sick from food poisoning 2 hours after we left and have been terribly sick for the past 3 days. DON'T EAT HERE!
