- RSRachel Saarela2 days ago1.0We decided to try it again after a long time had passed from our last experience. Every food container is empty, and they literally scrape dried, old food off the bottom, making the serving size way smaller than it should be. I'm guessing the owner has instructed the employees to be stingy, and to not replace the food containers until they are absolutely empty regardless of how old it is. I wish Chipotle kept tabs on their various franchises. We were so excited to get one near home. But we will not be going back.

My third try I ordered pickup, my bowl I ordered brown rice and got white. My husband ordered hot salsa and got none. So disappointing everytime.

How humiliating for me. Not to mention when I finally ate the food the rice was undercooked. Not worth going to this location, would rather not eat.

My first visit, both mine and my wife's food was so salty, tables were dirty, behind the counter it looked very poorly maintained and messy. Our second time (and last), my wife and I also noticed very salty food, the tables were in dire need of being cleaned and the staff were rude. I am not giving this location a 3rd chance. I have never seen a Chipotle location run this poorly.

They have never given a full serving of any protien, even if you order double you get maybe 80% of one serving. They forget items on mobile orders constantly. This Chipotle should be closed down until they can find suitable employees. Minimum wage is too much.
