  If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The staff here are unbelievably incompetent—everything takes forever, and they still manage to mess up even the simplest orders. It feels like no one knows what they’re doing. The service is painfully slow, frustratingly careless, and completely unreliable. On top of that, everything is done very carelessly—no attention to detail at all. The cleanliness is honestly shocking. The sanitation standards are terrible, and it makes you question how this place is even allowed to operate. I’ve given this place more chances than it deserves, and every time it’s the same disappointment. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and patience—go somewhere else

  In this store multiple times daily. Wait times are too long, the staff knows little about acknowledging customers. They seem oblivious to the term "Fast food". I got my breakfast from Perkins faster than they can make a McMuffin. Poorly managed if the can not train their employees to see people and ask, "How can I help you." The transition to the App mentality may be more efficient, but you need someone attentive to customers at all times. If you are not going to be where someone can tend it, get a bell or buzzer. The real question is why is this not fast food anymore. Are there not enough fries made, hashbrowns, or burgers. I did work at a McDonalds, never did we serve our customers so poorly. Acknowledge and greeting people to your store is how you get them coming back. Serving efficiently is an expectation, hopefully this review brings attention to these issues. Not everyone is the same, some are better, but all need to engage, if someone is standing at the counter, make sure they have been helped, not ignored.

  Sign on interstate says truck and bus parking when I get close, I could see obviously there's no room to get a semi in there After reading a bunch of the reviews, I'm glad I didn't stop in there cause I don't have a half an hour to wait for food. It's supposed to be fast.
