Most of the time i cant even place an order cause it fails/times out/crashes and its so frustrating! When i can place an order, it takes about 20 minutes to complete which is ridiculous. (You can call and order but online/app ordering is much more convenient for me so its my preferred method and when it doesn't work, we get pizza elsewhere.)
