I will be honest - there's often an issue. Missing napkins, missing sauces, and incorrect orders is frequent.

This is the only McDs in Alex that you can rely on - they’re usually much quicker to get out orders. I will drive across town to go here instead of the south location

Absolutely horrible NEVER have I been treated with such disrespect the messed up mine and my family’s whole order and instead of remaking the order we get told “oh we can send you some coupons” mind you my wife didn’t even get to eat BECAUSE THEY FORGOT HER FOOD the reason why I’m mainly so pissed is because when I called a second time over a month later because we still haven’t gotten the coupon honestly we forgot about them tell we decided we want McDonald’s again the lady Shelly she said her name is said my name is not on the board of messed up orders which is crazy to begin with that they even have a board for that 🤯 but mid conversation she said and I quote I’m just gonna hang up all because I just called and politely asked hey can we set this straight please DO BETTER BE BETTER ITS NOT HARD TO BE A DECENT HUMAN BEING

Staff was slow to Service, stayed in back talking to other co workers. Staff was rude to me. They never called my number out when my order was ready. That really got me mad. There was no one greeting customers, Good Morning, Hello, may I help you.. where is the customer service???
