Also may I add I hate that they make you pull around in front of the door to wait for your food so it doesn’t mess up their drive through timing but, you end up waiting forever

Last time I went inside and ordered to go, and it took half an hour to get my order. Several people came in, waited to order, and gave up and left. We had to throw out fifteen mcnuggets because they were all rancid. My Big Mac tasted like it was made several days ago. The woman behind the counter was rude when I asked for a drink holder and practically threw it at me. Never, ever again.

You better off stopping in Sauk Centre or in Fargo because their lobbies open at 6:30 AM.

A crowd of people inside waiting for their food, drive-thru customers coming inside to beg for their food cuz they've been waiting outside for 20 or more minutes. Aside from taking forever to bring food out, both the men's and the women's bathrooms were completely out of toilet paper at 10am, which shouldn't be possible if you properly stocked the bathroom overnight. Can't even get a napkin without asking since they're hidden behind the counter. If you can't maintain the basics on the customer facing side, it makes you wonder about what you don't see. Would not come back here again.

In my experiences, any time there’s a short wait, I’m politely informed & I’m still met with efficiency. That being said, I’m happy to wait a few extra minutes if I’m getting hot, fresh fast food to go. Thanks for your service, early risers!!
