  Every time I have gotten a slushy here this week they came to me half melted which is disappointing. If I wanted to drink water sugar syrup id get the flavors from Walmart.

  The employees were very RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! I am not impressed with the employees.. we get one lady asking if we can take the order they screwed up on we told her no! And she gave us attitude about making a whole new one.. then we ordered another banana split and they gave us melted ice cream with chocolate syrup not hot fudge.. then she sent another employee to give us our order and she was just as RUDE..!! I definitely feel that if your going to make snarky remarks to customers and give attitude about their meals then maybe your working in the wrong kind of business!! Being as I had to give a star in order to make a comment.. but personally I feel that they shouldn’t get a star period.. this isn’t the first time this has happened we go there at least three times a week and still get treated poorly.. Dairy Queen clearly doesn’t know about the C.A.R.E of customers or other employees.. you are slacking in some areas of customer services and how to treat customers!! Need improvement!

  Definitely the DQ to visit in Alexandria. Don't even bother with the south DQ. Period.
