I asked to have a staff member remake the blizzard and they said it's supposed to look like that and then ignored me until I left. It was upsetting and embarrassing and I won't be coming back to this location.

That picture was taken not when I arrived home, but when instead of going home I had to pull into a parking space at the location to make sure it didn’t spill because apparently “frozen” was meant to be in quotations on their menu. It’s now sitting in the freezer with the other one, because both were runny by the time I got home with the blue one already mostly melted cream at the top.
