  We love Copper Trail!! Leaving after a nice buzz so I thought I'd leave a nice review. Service is always great. Leroy is our favorite!! It is a great place for families too, which is a bonus!!

  Embellished bar but Cool spot i guess. The tables are really close together and on a busy night i couldn't imagine the hell moving around in there. My biggest issue is with the fact your double charged if you keep your tab open. Charged your original order then anything you get after is a separate charge on your card. For example when i first went to the counter i got $33 worth of stuff. Then went back up later and got another couple things all told at the end of the night i spent $44. When i look at my account I'm charged the initial $33 and then my ending charge of $44. It's not about holding extra money from my account but the fact I wasn't made aware. I'm aware it'll drop off. I don't care if its not a big deal to you guys but some of us don't enjoy seeing a double bill. I called you guys for almost an hour before I got an answer only for the guy to be dismissive about my concerns and say "Yeah we get about 10 calls a week about this. It's just how our system works" maybe change the system or at least let people know before hand. Won't be back simply based on the lack of care to answer the phone for over an hour I called 10 times in an hour because i thought my card was hacked. Then the dude on the phone acting annoyed about answering the question I had. The nachos with chicken almost 20 bucks is wild considering they're as basic as can be. Basically a single layer of nachos and with almost nothing on them and a little tiny thing of salsa in the corner of the platter. Overall- Foods overpriced and way under portioned. Drinks are overpriced. Cramped space in busy nights. Double charge you. Don't care about any issues you have. It is really pretty inside but that doesn't outweigh almost any of the issues above.

  Always have amazing food; but love the soup/hot chocolate (adult hot chocolate) bar for the Alec Christmas Lighting Festival

  Girls weekend, we had beer, specialty drinks and food. It was fantastic!
