  Cool spot but I have issue with the fact your double charged if you keep your tab open. Charged your original order then anything you get after is a separate charge on your card. For example went i first went to the counter i got $33 worth of stuff. Then went back up later and got another couple things all told at the end of the night i spent $44. When i look at my account I'm charged the initial $33 and then my ending charge of $44. It's not about holding extra money from my account but the fact I wasn't made aware. I'm aware it'll drop off in a couple days. I don't care if its not a big deal to you guys but some of us don't enjoy seeing a double bill. I called you guys for almost an hour before I got an answer only for the guy to be dismissive about my concerns and say "Yeah we get about 10 calls a week about this. It's just how our system works" maybe change the system or at least let people know before hand. Won't be back simply based on the lack of care to answer the phone for over an hour or the dude on the phone acting annoyed about answering the question I had and the nachos with chicken almost 20 bucks is wild considering they're as basic as can be.
