    Having a family friendly atmosphere, with places for our kids to play is something that makes it worth coming here! We always love to come get cold treats after summer events! Keep up the good work, and attention to detail!

    I didn't want leave a review but the recent service has been terrible. They might as well be spitting in your face when they hand you your food. Every question is answer ugh and a snapping comment. The drive up in the dining area is not guest friendly. We had a group seating next to it since the entire restaurant was filled and yelled at multiple times because we were talking. We were talking at a normal volume. In last few months the times we have dined and gotten drive thru a few times. We didn't feel welcome the staffed treated us a burden and were constantly rude especially the front manager. The place used be so nice and family friendly, but until something changes I don't think we will be coming back and actively telling people to go somewhere else. I will change my review if this is addressed.

    I will be very honest Aubrey was not only rude and impatient but also very aggressive, as someone who works for dq myself the service was horrible and the hospitality did not exist! Please fix your attitude! Won't be coming back. The other girl luca or something was very polite and sweet thank you!

    Just so happened to stop to purchase a birthday cake on Free cone day. They were crazy busy both drive thru line backed way up. Went inside, the workers greeted me with a smile, asked if I wanted anything wrote on the cake. I did and felt bad for asking. Staff is amazing, handled everything professionally, respectful with a smile.THANK YOU

    Wow. I'm astonished at how rude these employees are. I also work in customer service and I could never imagine speaking to a customer the way I was just spoken to. Never again will I be coming here.
