  Forgot an item, didn't provide silverware. Person at the counter was visibly annoyed that I ordered with them instead of the screen.

  Placed order on app in my car. Tracker on phone showed food would be ready at 5:24 pm. There were still 12 orders ahead of mine according to the order board. Order popped up as ready but name was not called. Gave them 5 minutes since they were busy. Told person at register. They hadn’t even made my order yet. Received my order at 5:45. Order took no less than 30 minutes to get. Lady in front of me ordered single bean burrito. When getting her food after an excessive wait, she was told the 13 Door Dash orders took priority over all other orders. I realize staff need breaks but I saw three workers on break during this time. This is prime dinner time. Very disorganized.

  We stop at this travel stop every year, and this is the first time we’ve had a bad experience. After ordering food, I waited about 25 minutes without getting my order. During that time, my kids ordered McDonald’s, got their food, and finished eating while I was still waiting. At that point, I decided to ask for a refund. While waiting, I also noticed some concerning hygiene issues. I saw three staff members start their shifts without washing their hands. I also saw other employees touching their bodies and everything else around without washing their hands, at most, they changed gloves. I never saw anyone properly wash their hands. This was disappointing, especially since we stop here every year and we live that travel stop.

  Obsessed with the chicken cantina anything lately (except hardshell, ewww), today happened to be the quesadilla. I asked for light cheese and they delivered and it was a mighty fine one! Customer Service was just okay, but it was dinner time. I will say I was a bit thrown back by the amount it costs for JUST a quesadilla, almost $9.50! I should've just gone with the soft cantina taco, considering I can never eat a whole one anyways, and it would've been less than $3.
