Now my biggest complaint...quit filling your beverage cups to the top with ice. It's the cheapest thing in the food service industry to limit the ice and fill the cup with the beverage. Service, ehh...SMILE...a scowl with a forced, not genuine ""have a nice night" is counterproductive. Usually don't Google rate fast food, but looks like the 3.7 rating and owner responses aren't working...and I love Arby's!

- ARAvi RedstenOct 19, 20251.0Went through the drive through and whoever was taking orders was very unprofessional, we order 3 meals and got charged individually for every thing that comes in a meal for all 3 of them, they missed our drinks and we had ask for them, ALSO almost forgot to give card back. NOT acceptable, and very pissed off that I paid more then I should have.
