    Even though I had to wait on fresh mozzarella sticks,the kind lady who took my order was very polite and accommodating.food is consistent

    Drive through order, food was as expected. Fries were smoking hot, sandwiches were not warm, but not hot, temp could've been better. Mac n cheese was perfect. Now my biggest complaint...quit filling your beverage cups to the top with ice. It's the cheapest thing in the food service industry to limit the ice and fill the cup with the beverage. Service, ehh...SMILE...a scowl with a forced, not genuine ""have a nice night" is counterproductive. Usually don't Google rate fast food, but looks like the 3.7 rating and owner responses aren't working...and I love Arby's!
