  The manager called the employees while we were there and was so rude. She yelled at them. One answered the phone and she said “why am I talking to you? I want to talk to her (the other employee)”. She calls the store everyday drunk and screams at the employees. She gets mad if they use the bathroom. The store is filthy, we could write in the grease on the tables, but she frequently makes them work alone so they can’t get cleaning done.

  We ordered our subs online, my boyfriend picked them up and we went home to eat. Opened them up and our toppings were swapped. Neither of us were going to eat them because we don’t like the same things. He went back down to see if we could get them remade. Javier was very rude and told him that he wouldn’t do anything because they had left the building. The other young man working was going to help but was busy with other customers at the moment and Javier took over and refused to fix our order. Needless to say we are out $30 and also didn’t get our supper. Very disappointed as we have been coming to this establishment for many years…….
