  Food accuracy is hit or miss. Check your food before leaving. They have both forgotten food and messed up customized orders.

  Employees are extremely rude. One of them rolled their eyes at me when I asked a question about the mobile app. Terrible customer service imo.

  How does the health department let this location stay open? Restaurant is always dirty, sticky tables, area by fountain drinks a mess, floors are filthy & many more negative aspects! Have seen orders given to wrong table, people open the order, realize it's not what the they ordered & employees take it to correct table after it's been opened! Extremely unhealthy! How are they allowed to operate like this?

  I would avoid this location. It has developed a poor reputation locally. On two separate occasions, we waited over an hour for our order and ultimately left without receiving food. I had to file a credit card chargeback to recover my payment. I even contacted McDonald’s corporate about this location and was told they are aware of ongoing issues there. If corporate is already aware, that says a lot. The main concerns are extremely long wait times, supplies frequently not being restocked, and a kitchen area that appears disorganized and unsanitary.
