  I order from Gentex often and more than half the time I have problems with my order being delivered to the wrong address. I don't know how much more specific I can be - I provide the address, the door, and even the side of the building the door is on. I wish the drivers would look at the address and not just assume "Gentex" means State St or 58 Riley. It's finally to the point where I'm not going to try to order anymore because I can't count on the driver to take it to the right address. I should have stopped a long time ago but I guess I hoped they would get better about this. My bad.

  I asked for my sub to be toasted. The kids behind the counter were completely lost. They couldn't toasted a #3. If i wanted it toasted i had to order a different #. It is not their fault they are not trained and Jimmy John's is not flexible enough to toasted a sub. It is not rocket science I'm just asking you to keep up. Any sub ordered can be toasted if that is what the customer orders. It is not a problem at subway🤷‍♂️

  People here are kinda weird. Awkward place to eat. Service is fast but the subs have more bread then anything. Rather eat at subway.
