I would avoid this location. It has developed a poor reputation locally. On two separate occasions, we waited over an hour for our order and ultimately left without receiving food. I had to file a credit card chargeback to recover my payment.
I even contacted McDonald’s corporate about this location and was told they are aware of ongoing issues there. If corporate is already aware, that says a lot.
The main concerns are extremely long wait times, supplies frequently not being restocked, and a kitchen area that appears disorganized and unsanitary.

I rarely write reviews because I don’t like to feel mean but I think this deserves it. Me and my siblings placed an order hoping it would just be a quick in and out but it turned into almost 40 minutes of waiting for our food. 6 other people had ordered AFTER us and received their food BEFORE us. We understand that mix ups happen, especially in the food industry, but how the workers handled the situation is just unprofessional and displays horrible customer service. We weren’t given an estimate of time or even a brief explanation, just silence. When I finally asked how long they said “we’ll let me get your drinks” and handed us soda cups and we ordered shakes and then were given the wrong shakes at that. All in all, this place just needs better customer service as this has been a very frequent problem I’ve experienced here.

Went there and got our son a Kid's meal, ordered his food, they confirmed it. Paid at the window, told to drive around and wait on fries. No big deal. Waited about 10 minutes. Got the food and drove for home. Foolishly we didn't check the food. Got the wrong order. Drove back, explained the situation, told to go to the first window. Had to explain the situation again. Told to go to the next window. They tried to give me someone else's order. Had to explain the situation again. The person at the window stared blankly at me for 5 seconds before saying "OK" and walking away. After a couple minutes, got our food. No complaints there. The issue I'm having is the lack of customer service. At no point did anyone apologize, offer anything to make it right, nothing. I spent almost an hour between driving there the first time waiting for food, driving home, back again, waiting in line and giving explanations and back home the final time. All because they gave me the wrong order. A little customer service goes a long way. A small apology, maybe offer a free drink or cookies for the inconvenience? Anything besides "Ok. Next window."

I was impressed last night with how the manager Francisco handled a mistake in our order. After a quick glance at our receipt and aware that we were in a hurry he went and made our food and quickly had us back on our way. It’s people like Francisco that make me a return customer to a place and I won’t soon forget it. Great job!👏
