  I was impressed last night with how the manager Francisco handled a mistake in our order. After a quick glance at our receipt and aware that we were in a hurry he went and made our food and quickly had us back on our way. It’s people like Francisco that make me a return customer to a place and I won’t soon forget it. Great job!👏

  Food and service has always been impeccable. Although several times now I have been sitting down to eat, for an employee to be on break and blasting videos on their phone. Openly having political videos playing and videos calling for the death of police and federal agents.

  Did Mobile app. and drive thru. I love the frozen coffees unfortunately fries are always cold, it's hit or miss with the folks at the window on how friendly they are. Lady today was to busy talking to a pal than taking orders and when she finally took my order she came across as irritated because her pal had to leave. This was 8th st Mcy D's

  Whoever the manager in charge tonight is needs to be fired immediately 11/22/25 at around 6:00pm I went in to get some food after hunting and as i walk in i’m greeted my the manager dropping a F bomb pretty loud also getting peoples attention who were sitting down. I approached the register cause lately i’ve had a problem with kiosk not working in which he got aggressive towards me and said i need to use to kiosk. Time went by and another girl working would actually take my order. While i was waiting for my food another family came in with 3 kids all happy than out of nowhere everyone in the waiting room can hear said manager cursing out a employee telling him how much of a screw up his life is. Like really is this someone that should be a leader in a workplace? short answer no it should not be. The family that was in the lobby asked me about my hunting trip cause they saw me in camo than started telling me about how disappointed they were that their kids had to hear the manager screaming slurs at another employee. I hope this review gets to the right people, and i’ll be doing everything in my power to make sure it gets heard.
