Whoever the manager in charge tonight is needs to be fired immediately 11/22/25 at around 6:00pm I went in to get some food after hunting and as i walk in i’m greeted my the manager dropping a F bomb pretty loud also getting peoples attention who were sitting down. I approached the register cause lately i’ve had a problem with kiosk not working in which he got aggressive towards me and said i need to use to kiosk. Time went by and another girl working would actually take my order. While i was waiting for my food another family came in with 3 kids all happy than out of nowhere everyone in the waiting room can hear said manager cursing out a employee telling him how much of a screw up his life is. Like really is this someone that should be a leader in a workplace? short answer no it should not be. The family that was in the lobby asked me about my hunting trip cause they saw me in camo than started telling me about how disappointed they were that their kids had to hear the manager screaming slurs at another employee. I hope this review gets to the right people, and i’ll be doing everything in my power to make sure it gets heard.

They Forgot My Cookies
I understand that this is a place that most people work their 1st job. But wow. It sometimes seems to get worse out there with employees. Our food was brought to our car by a human being that did not speak. Nothing. Didn't even respond when we asked if they had the chocolate shake. Guess they skipped that part of the employee training
I had to contact customer service about my missing 13 pack of cookies. Someone did reach out very quickly from the store and said they would mail me a coupon for replacement. I'll update if I receive that. Not holding my breath.
Food was pretty good for a McDonalds, so that was nice. I had a double quarter pounder and the beef actually tasted like normal burger meat. Some of the smaller sandwiches must be made with a different beef recipe, lots of fillers?
We'll come back only because expectations are low.

For a McDonald’s, this location is solid. The food is consistently made right and comes out fresh most of the time. The play place is clean and well-maintained, which I appreciate as a parent — it actually feels cared for. Service is usually quick and friendly, even when they’re busy. Overall, it’s a reliable stop and one of the better McDonald’s locations in the area.

Worst service ever. Rude people and never get the entire order. I don’t care how desperate you are for fries… don’t waste your money at this location

My food was was bad. The fries were undercooked how do you do that when your not busy? And one of the nuggets had something hard in it I had to spit it out.
