  Was waiting just to order for over 5 mins, not counting the time before I got to the speaker box. The older lady did not say a single thing to me at the window. Hardly opened it enough to snatch my card & pass me my things without saying a word until I asked if the receipt was in the bag, it was not & she reluctantlyhanded it over. Food was good / as expected though.

  Wendy's are not what they used to be. The service is terrible and the food is getting worst like Mickey D's. Last time the food was cold and cheese never melted.

  I ordered and payed for a double no cheese they sent a single with cheese had to get my money back I see why Wendy's going outta business they think they can give you whatever.

  There's a Wendy's at I-4 and I-75 in Tampa that's famous for being terrible. They serve dry burgers with hardly any toppings to add moisture or flavor. They don't care about quality or customers and just survive off of freeway traffic. I never thought I'd find a worse meal from a Wendy's than that. HOWEVER, this location was far worse. The burger smelled strange. I'd say a "sewer" smell. It tasted like a bicycle tire inner tube, no exaggeration. The fries were warm-ish, tough, and chewy--not at all crispy even though I ate them right away to avoid eating cold fries as I drove to Chicago. For all of this, I was told to wait when I ordered at the drive-through and waited again at the window. The manager (or at least a guy in his 50's who didn't look like a line worker) just handed me my order and then slammed the window closed without saying anything. I had to ask for ketchup even though I had a large order of fries. Speaking of fries, he asked me if I wanted a medium or large combo and when I said "Biggie", he acted like it wasn't obvious that I wanted a large. I eat at Wendy's often when I drive across the country and this is literally the worst meal I've had from any of them. Shocking that it was worse then the one in Tampa.

  We went here as this is the only wendys left open in the city of Ypsilanti, our sodas tasted "off" (we were told the coke guy was on his way, we could wait if we wanted.) the staff was very rude, when we questioned an item we thought was missing the manager snipped " they're in there I packed the bag myself" I said ok I'm being told they werent there (turns out they were on the bottom of bag with rest of our order stacked on top, also ordered a cherry coke float soda when we asked where is the cherry coke float we got no response until going inside fuming, then were told the cherry coke float is a "flavor" not an actual float which could've been said at drive-thru window. (Also would explain why our sodas tasted "off" as we weren't expecting a flavor but an actual float.) I finally pulled off to side as there was a line building behind us. Then when other customers came out we got dirty looks like we were wrong for questioning order.
